How we validate

How we validate.

We make public claims proportionate to what has been tested. Physical prototypes exist and have been tested.

  1. Frame the question

Start with the decision the evaluation needs to support.

  2. Define the boundary

State what the evaluation can and cannot establish.

  3. Test in context

Test the relevant prototype or system in the context of the question.

  4. Carry the learning forward

Use limitations and unexpected outcomes to improve the next decision.

Questions before conclusions

A result is useful only in the context of the question.

We keep the scope and limits attached to what we say publicly.

  1. Purpose

What decision should this evaluation inform?

  2. Boundary

What does the result not establish?

  3. Learning

What should change in the next build or evaluation?

Detailed proof

Evidence belongs with its limits.

Detailed records are shared under review. For a serious evaluation, investment, or conversation about working together, ask to discuss dated engineering records, evaluation methods, and the limitations behind a claim.

Tell us what you need to establish and the use case you have in mind. We can then agree on an appropriate review scope and discuss which records or demonstrations address that question. Access is arranged directly, not through a public download.
